THE BRIT FEST unveils it's biggest main stage line-up for 2027!
The Brit Fest, the multi-award-winning independent festival, has unveiled an outstanding main stage line-up for 2027, bringing together some of the most recognisable names in British music alongside exciting rising talent.
The festival returns to Ashley Hall Showground, Altrincham, from Thursday 15 to Sunday 18 July 2027 for four unforgettable days of music, entertainment and experiences.
The announcement was made during a magical launch evening at Delta Hotels by Marriott Manchester Airport. Now firmly established as one of the highlights of The Brit Fest calendar, the event brought together artists, partners, sponsors, local businesses, members of the media and the people who work throughout the year to bring the festival to life.
Hosted by Jenny Powell and Mike Toolan, the evening placed the people behind the festival firmly in the spotlight before the hosts were joined by founders Edward and Anthony Prophet and a number of special guests to reveal the 2027 main stage line-up.
The launch was also an opportunity to recognise the vital contribution made by the festival’s growing network of partners. The Brit Fest extended a warm welcome to The Propstore, with some incredibly exciting collaborative plans to be revealed over the coming year, and to Add People, the festival’s official digital media partner for 2027.
The evening also welcomed Children’s Adventure Farm Trust, known as CAFT, as The Brit Fest’s official charity partner for 2027, beginning a relationship that will place charitable impact and meaningful community involvement at the heart of the festival’s fourth edition.
The Brit Fest also offered a heartfelt thank you to every partner, sponsor, supplier, organisation and individual who contributes to the festival. Delivering an event of this scale takes an army of passionate and committed people, and their collective support remains fundamental to its continued growth and success.
Symphonic Ibiza will open the festival on Thursday evening, filling the showground with iconic Ibiza anthems performed by a live orchestra, DJs and vocalists. They will be joined by three very special guests: Kelly Llorenna, Livin’ Joy and Rozalla, launching The Brit Fest weekend in spectacular style.
Friday will be headlined by Ocean Colour Scene, joined by Lightning Seeds, Huey Morgan of Fun Lovin’ Criminals and rising star Laurie Wright. The Fizz and Let Loose singer Matthew Pateman will also perform on the main stage before hosting the festival’s VIP stage throughout Friday. Two further major Friday artists will be revealed on 3 October.
Saturday brings together an extraordinary collection of era-defining performers, with Matt Goss leading a line-up featuring Haircut 100, Heaven 17, The Real Thing, Doctor & The Medics, Nathan Moore and Toyah.
Bringing the festival to a memorable close on Sunday will be Marc Almond, joined by The Brand New Heavies, The Amy Winehouse Band, Baccara, The Magic Numbers, Musical Youth and Cole Page.
But The Brit Fest has never been about simply watching a sequence of artists from the crowd.
Across the weekend, the showground becomes its own festival community: a place to discover new music, sing along to songs that have soundtracked generations, enjoy entertainment away from the main stage and spend uninterrupted time with friends and family.
Alongside the main stage, festivalgoers can explore the Busk Stop and Little Big Top, discover emerging performers, enjoy independent food and drink, experience family entertainment and stay on site as part of the festival’s growing camping and live-in community.
VIP experiences, weekend camping, live-in pitches and a wide range of day and weekend tickets allow visitors to create their own Brit Fest experience, whether that means one huge day of music or four days completely immersed in the festival.
The 2027 event will be the fourth edition of The Brit Fest and its most ambitious yet, with increased capacity, larger infrastructure, new activations and further improvements planned across the site.
Despite that growth, the festival remains proudly independent and committed to the welcoming, personal atmosphere that has become central to its identity and helped it earn multiple awards and national recognition.
Festival founders Edward and Anthony Prophet said: “The line-up is a huge part of The Brit Fest, but the feeling people take home with them is about so much more than who they have watched on stage.
“It is the friendships, the freedom, the unexpected moments and thousands of people singing together as the sun goes down. It is arriving with a group of friends, making new ones and leaving already talking about next year.
“For 2027, we have created four days that each have their own identity while still feeling unmistakably like The Brit Fest. There are artists people have loved for decades, songs everyone knows and performers that a new generation of festivalgoers will discover for the first time.
“An event like this takes an army of partners who share our ambition and believe in what we are building. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported The Brit Fest and delighted to welcome The Propstore, Add People and CAFT as we begin this next chapter together.
“This will be our biggest edition yet, but it will retain the warmth, character and sense of community that have carried us from the very beginning. We want people to look at this line-up and know that next July, there is only one place they want to be.”
The announcement begins the countdown to a festival weekend created for people who want more than a few hours of live music. From the opening notes on Thursday evening to the final performance on Sunday night, The Brit Fest offers the opportunity to step away from everyday life and become part of something genuinely special.
A limited on-site presale held during the 2026 festival sold out on the same day, demonstrating the growing demand from festivalgoers determined to return in 2027.
Further artists, experiences and festival developments will be announced throughout the campaign.
